These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website maatrika.ai (the "Site"), operated by Maatrika AI ("Maatrika", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. The Site and the products
The Site presents the Maatrika AI platform and its products — including Aayu, Shree, and Waykin (US market, at waykin.ai). Each product is a separate service with its own accounts, its own terms, and its own policies, which apply when you use that product. These Terms govern the Site only.
2. No medical, legal, or professional advice
Nothing on the Site is medical advice. Aayu and Waykin are informational, non-diagnostic products. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition and are not a substitute for the advice of a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) misuse, disrupt, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure; (b) use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content; (c) scrape or harvest data except as permitted by our robots.txt; (d) misrepresent your identity, including in the contact form; (e) infringe others' rights.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including the Maatrika name and mark, the tripundra logo, product names (Aayu, Shree, Waykin), text, graphics, and design — are owned by or licensed to Maatrika and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Site content without our prior written permission, except for fair, personal, non-commercial reference.
5. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party websites (including product sites such as waykin.ai). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
6. Contact submissions
When you submit information through the contact form, you grant us permission to use it to respond to you. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information (including health information) through the form. Handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAATRIKA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ₹10,000 (INR TEN THOUSAND) OR ITS EQUIVALENT.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maatrika from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your place of residence.
