This Privacy Policy explains how Maatrika AI ("Maatrika", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit maatrika.ai (the "Site") and when you contact us through it. It also describes your rights and choices.
Maatrika AI is a platform brand under which independent products are offered — including Aayu (health information), Shree (website creation), and Waykin (autism & special-needs information, offered for the United States market at waykin.ai). Each product operates its own accounts and its own data practices and may publish its own privacy policy. This Policy governs the maatrika.ai Site itself.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us. If you use the contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
- Technical information. Like most websites, basic technical data (IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, timestamps) is processed by our hosting infrastructure for security, delivery, and abuse prevention.
- Cookies. The Site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Essential cookies may be set by our infrastructure provider (e.g., for security challenges).
2. How we use information
- To respond to your enquiries and provide requested information;
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site;
- To prevent spam, fraud, and abuse;
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under appropriate safeguards:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, content delivery, DNS, and security.
- Resend, Inc. — transactional email delivery for contact-form messages.
We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Maatrika, our users, or the public.
5. International transfers
Our service providers may process information on servers located outside your country, including in the United States and India. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
6. Data retention
Contact-form messages and email correspondence are retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for reasonable record-keeping, after which they are deleted. Technical logs are retained for short periods consistent with security practice.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to withdraw consent, to object to processing, to nominate (under the DPDP Act), and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (including the Data Protection Board of India). 8. Health information — a special note
Aayu and Waykin are informational products and are non-diagnostic. They do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. The maatrika.ai Site itself does not collect health information. Any health-related data handled inside Aayu or Waykin is governed by that product's own privacy policy and safeguards.
9. Children
The Site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children (under 18 in India; under 13 in the United States, per COPPA). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk — encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), reputable infrastructure providers, server-side handling of email credentials, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Third-party links
The Site links to product sites (such as waykin.ai) and other third-party resources. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
